I purchased these as a trial. We put them up for a birthday party and they worked amazing. I will be purchasing more of these for my outdoor wedding. I would definitely highly recommend these.I looked for lights like these at local stores but they looked cheap and didn’t seem like they would hold up and those that did were twice the price.There have been several times where we've had high winds that make the strands blow around a good deal, but they've held up to the beating with no breakage so far. I've been very happy with these!The cord is super heavy duty. The loop for hanging made it very easy. it's exactly the amount of warmth that we were looking for.They're bright enough to fully illuminate the backyard area and other wide open space in the evening and they are the perfect about of light to create a soft relaxing atmosphere. They are packaged great and I didn’t have any issues with any strands tangling or any bulbs breaking. I am so glad I found these and I don’t mind spending a little more for a quality product that lasts.I found these and we have been so impressed for the length. I love these so much I put them on the back porch, front porch and screened porch. Although these do not have a remote control to adjust brightness or to turn off or on. It’s amazing how bright they really are and I love the bright warm light that it provides. It was packaged well and arrived with no issues. The cord is super heavy duty. The loop for hanging made it very easy. They also throw in 2 extra bulb thank you guys very much for such a great product. They have survived two bad wind storms, multiple thunderstorms..Good thick wire, nice sockets, amazing light quality from the bulbs and fits in perfectly. I'm highly impressed with the quality and durability of construction grade. It's definitely worth every dollar and your final look is flawless how you decide to mount.We have this light string already just needed an additional set to extend the length.Product is easy to set up/ use. Great for backyard porch. Gives great warm light and withstands rain and wind when installed properly.Would recommend to others.Would also like battery operated version.....The light string arrived speedily and was well packed,nothing to untangle. The light string just unfolded neatly and no hassle to begin installing. I put the string on some small trees in the garden. It has really enhanced the whole yard. Lots of strangers are asking where I got these. The length was perfect for doubling back, and making two lengths among the trees. They are especially beautiful when the sun goes down. We are looking forward to keeping the string in the trees during a darker winter.The lights are soft white, not glaring, and contribute to the entire ambiance of our garden.Lights themselves are fine, but definitely not 14' of light.. I measured from the first bulb to the last bulb with the string lights stretched out (in the pic) and came out to about 9' and an inch.Had I known I would've bought 2 or just bought from another manufacturerWe returned this item because it more likely 8 ft of lights. It might have been my ignorance but I didn't expect that the length size was meant from tip to tip of the wiring.The only way to turn it on or off is also by plugging it in and off, not having a switch was the second reason we decided to return it.The quality if the bulbs were good and it was a nice warm light as well.
