UPDATE: I would very much like to compliment Sunnydaze's customer service for working with us to develop a resolution for our issue. As a result, I am increasing our overall rating to 4 stars. They put forth great effort to ensure we were satisfied and made it very obvious that they fully stand behind the products they sell and that's all a consumer can ask for. I would have no problem purchasing another product from them again.This fountain is a nice size and looks the part at assembly, but there are some issues. (1.) The hose included was too short and kept coming apart from the pump, so I had to add my own extension. That was easy enough and fixed that problem; but (2.) the paint easily will wash off the fountain when cleaning and will eventually have to be redone or the fountain will just look like a dark grey piece of resin; and (3.) the holes in pump filter (sponge) are too large allowing debris to block the pump frequently requiring you to completely disassemble the three section pump to adequately clean which is about every week - annoying. For this price point, I would not buy this particular fountain again.Customer Services promptly answered my inquiry of initial setup issues. It provided pin-point solutions, with parts quickly shipped , helping me get solar water fountain flowing. I could not ask for a better customer services experience.However, the pump lacks oomp, wish it is more water gushing instead of tricklingI ordered white, but the white isn't really white. It's more of cement grey. The shade is actually slightly darker than my other cement statues. I wanted it to look like cement so I'm happy with the color. It was easy to assemble and it's working great so far.Looks great in our memorial garden. It looks better in person than the,picture.Oklahoma wind...... .... .forget about it!!!Purchased this beautiful fountain at the end of April. Set it up and it began working very quickly. Birds loved it and so did I…until the pump stopped working. I’ve had many fountains in my day and know how to clean them, making sure the impeller isn’t stuck or mucked up. Pump was still clean but just won’t run. I have about 5 pumps from prior fountains that have lasted for years - this one died in a month. I will probably just convert it to electric and use one of my old, well-made pumps. Very, very disappointed. I would not recommend purchasing this unit. UPDATE: I heard back from the company promptly after I sent in my review, and they offered to 'help'. I replied back with more details and haven't heard a word. Sent another message...we shall see. Still very disappointed. I've purchased much less expensive fountains with pumps that lasted for years! UPDATE: Customer Service contacted me right after my initial review, and offered to send me a new pump and solar panel. I received both two days ago and now the fountain seems to be working just fine. If you are having issues, make sure to reach out to them for assistance. They were very helpful and willing to help. Changed my rating from a one star to four. 2nd UPDATE: Now the pump has stopped working. It was barely working (barely a trickle coming out of the top of the fountain) and now it’s stopped altogether. I’ve cleaned it thinking it was muck, but it’s as if it’s not getting any power even though the solar panel is showing charged. I’m beyond my return date so I’m stuck with this useless, paint-flaking mess. No more purchases from this company for me.The price is so crazy...ughAssembly was a breeze.The cords are adequately long, and it looks great!Just wish the pump was slightly stronger. The water only goes half an inch over the top. 3/4 to an inch would make this fountain absolutely perfect
